This training is both highly relevant and necessary to all social care professionals involved in children proceedings.
The training offers an overview of the legal framework, the impact of research, recent developments in relation to timescales, practice and the court’s expectations. It will also cover an update on recent case law including the essential guidance set out by the Court of Appeal’s in Re P-S (Children) [2018].
